I can't register my Touché

In order to register your Touché (SE) you have to enter your activation code. It is written in the brown brochure coming with the unit. Please enter the activation code under "Product Registration" within your Expressive E account.

Should you have purchased a B stock or a used device and get a message saying your Touché is already registered, please contact our support and attach a copy of your invoice. We can initialize the code manually then.

Alternatively, it is also possible to register your Touché with its serial number. The serial number is written on the box and on the bottom plate of the unit, starting with a letter followed by numbers. Enter it in the same mask under "Product Registration".

Please don't register both activation code and serial, since this will lead to a doubled entry in your account.
