I can't register my Touché

In order to register your Touché (SE) you have to enter your serial number under "Product Registration" within your Expressive E account. The serial number is written on the box and on the bottom plate of the unit, starting with a letter followed by numbers.

Please be aware that the activation code printed in the small brochure coming with the unit is not the serial number requested for registering.

Should you have purchased a B stock or a used device and get a message saying your Touché is already registered, please contact our support and attach a copy of your invoice. We can initialize the serial manually then.
