Tutorial video explaining the installation (starting at 4:43)

---

The Mac installer of Lié will install our companion app Lié including all factory sounds, as well as 'UVI Workstation' including the 'PACE License Support' that UVI requires for licensing purposes.

  1. Double-click on the *.pkg file to mount Lié's content in Finder. If you are on macOS 10.15 or higher, right-click and choose 'Open' instead (details here)
  2. A splash page will open. Double-click on UVI Workstation.pkg to launch its installer.

  3. Click on 'Continue' twice and on 'Agree' to accept the End-User License Agreement by UVI.

  4. Customize the Install Location for UVI Workstation if needed and hit 'Install'. UVI Workstation will be installed on your Mac.

  5. Click on 'Close' when the procedure is done. When asked whether you want to move the Installer to the trash, click on 'Keep', since we still need to install the Lié application itself.

  6. Go back to the splash page and double-click on Lie.pkg.

  7. Click on 'Continue' three times and on 'Agree' to accept the End-User License Agreement by Expressive E.

  8. Customize the Install Location for Lié if needed and hit 'Install'. Lié will be installed on your Mac.

  9. Click on 'Close' when the procedure is done. If you want to save some disk space, you could now click on 'Move to Trash' when asked whether you want to keep the Lié installer.

You may now proceed to

Step 3: Connecting Touché (SE) and updating its firmware with Lié Standalone
