I cannot update Touché's firmware
Make sure Touché is connected with the USB cable supply, directly to your USB port.
If you have troubles updating the firmware of Touché, you are probably using an unsupported version of MacOS or Windows. Lié supports MacOS 10.10 / Windows 10 and later.
If this is not the case but you still cannot update the firmware of Touché (or want to try nonetheless with a unsupported version of MacOS/Windows), you can force Touché to switch to the "bootloader mode".
You can switch Touché to "bootloader mode" by pressing the two buttons and the encoder of Touché at the same time, while plugging Touché to your computer.
Then, on your computer, open Lié, open the menu on the top left, and go into the Settings. Click on "Install Firmware", and Touché will start updating its firmware.
