I have a reservation for Osmose and want to cancel it. How do I get my deposit back?

According to our terms & conditions, you are free to cancel your Osmose reservation anytime and get your deposit back.

Just open a new support ticket in the category 'Commercial & Registration Support' on this page and give us your account name (email address) and your order number or Osmose preorder code. We will refund your deposit within 10 business days (normally significantly faster).

The refund will be done to the same account where the original transaction came from. Please warn us should your credit card information have changed in the meantime and provide the new bank contact.

Please be aware that the refund (just like the original payment) will be done exclusively using Euros or U.S. Dollars. If your account is working with a different currency, the current exchange rate might lead to getting slightly less (or more) money back than you originally paid. We have no influence on this.
