Yes, according to European law, you are permitted to resell your Expressive E software license (e.g. Imagine, Noisy 2, Soliste) to another person.
Please note that third-party software instruments, e.g. the synths in our Expressive Suites, are only resold by us. You need to contact the respective third-party developer to see with them under which circumstances they allow selling your license to someone else.
To transfer your Expressive E software license you will first need to uninstall/delete the software and remove its license activations from all your computers (and/or iLok dongles). When you have redeemed a license to your iLok account, use iLok License Manager's "deactivate" function until "0 of 3 activations are used" is displayed for the product. The next owner will need to create an account on our website and contact us with the old license code to receive a new activation code/license.
The above doesn't concern Touché's companion software Lié and its factory sounds. These are part of the Touché hardware and do not have any actual copy protection. If you plan to give your Touché (SE) to someone else, simply unregister the device by clicking the trash bin icon on the product tile within your Expressive E user account. This will allow the next owner to register on their side: "How an I deregister my unit if I want to sell it?".
