This doesn't concern the companion software Lié and its factory sounds. These are part of the Touché hardware and have no actual copy protection. If you are planning to give your Touché (SE) to someone else, then it's enough to warn us so we can reset the registration of the hardware in our system. This will allow the next owner to register on their side: "How an I deregister my unit if I want to sell it?".
