European Union

VAT incl.: When ordering physical products from within the European Union, the prices on our website include the VAT (unless you can deduct it with a business account). You won't need to pay any additional VAT thanks to double tax agreements.
No Customs Fees: Your products will be shipped from our warehouse in France and you won't have to pay any customs fees.

United States of America

VAT excl. in our price, but due on arrival: When ordering physical products from the US, the prices indicated on our website do not include any VAT. Your VAT / sales tax will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
No Customs Fees: Your products will be shipped from our US warehouse close to New York City and you won't have to pay additional customs fees.

United Kingdom

British VAT incl.: When ordering physical products from the United Kingdom, the prices on our website include the British VAT (unless you can deduct it with a business account).
Customs Fees may apply: After a shipment reaches the UK, it might be subject to customs duties that you need to take in charge yourself. To facilitate the customs process, an invoice is attached to your parcel, informing HM Revenue & Customs about the contents and their value.
