For the time being, our online shop is not able to automatically bill and create an invoice without VAT added, even if you have entered a valid international VAT number in our system.

Tell us your Expressive E account's mail address, if not the same as the mail you are writing from anyway. If not already entered inside your account, we will also need your invoice address and of course your VAT number.
We will then check your VAT number and manually modify your account type. From there on you will be able to buy without VAT added.
