Make sure your synth is on the same MIDI channel as Touché; By default Touché sends data to the MIDI Channel 1.
If that's not the case, you can either change the channel on your synth to match the channel of Touché... Or you can change the channel of Touché to match the channel of your synth, with the help of Lié.

Receiving MIDI informations can also be an option to choose in your synth that may not be activated by default. Check the manufacturer's manual and make sure this option is enabled.
A defective cable can sometimes be the origin of a poor data transmission, try an other cable to check if it's not the source of your issue.
