Once your Osmose order status has changed to "shipped", you will find a tracking link inside the "order history and details" section of your customer account.
Click on the order reference of your Osmose order to show the order's details. The Tracking number can be found at the bottom right of the page below "carrier".
You should also receive email notifications regarding the whereabouts of your order directly from FedEx/TNT or UPS (North America only). Check your spam folder if you cannot find them in your regular inbox.
