I hear a noise or hum from my speakers when I use Touché

If you hear noise or hum from your speakers when you plug in Touché, this is most likely a ground loop issue.

 

A ground loop is an unwanted background noise or hum that can occur when you connect several devices that use different power supplies.

 

If this happens, we recommend using the anti-ground loop adapter that came with your Touché. Here is how to connect it:

 
 
The adapter has three ends: two male USB connectors and one female USB connector.
Plug the longer of the two male connectors into a power outlet, and the shorter one into your computer.
Then connect the female end to Touché's standard USB cable.
