The iLok License Manager is installed as part of the UVI workstation only when you are using the Windows installer of Lié.
The factory sounds that come with Lié are all based on the UVI Falcon engine which runs in UVI Workstation. UVI's program needs the basic framework of iLok License Manager, called 'PACE License Support Win64', in order to work. You will also need iLok License Manager should you want to purchase and activate sound expansions by Expressive E in the future, such as Mercury, Helium or Arché, so please don't uninstall the application.
