We offer a 30-day return policy for all software items developed and sold directly by us. For software items that are only resold on our website but not developed by us, other timeframes may apply according to the list below. Products obtained as 'Not For Resale' are excluded from this policy.

u-he Hive 2 (as part of Hive 2 Expressive Suite): 14 days money back, 30 days only if the redemption code hasn't been used to obtain an actual serial number yet.
Software products return requirements
1. We must be notified within the above-mentioned number of days after your software purchase that you would like to return it. If the time frame has been surpassed, we will not be able to accept your return.
2. Refunds can only be processed after we validate that you removed all product activations from your systems.
Software products return procedure
If you are unhappy for any reason after installing, registering, and using a software product you bought from our webshop, please create a new ticket under the category 'Commercial & Registration Support' here and include your order number and the name of the product(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions on deactivating your product license from all your computers.
Software products refund process
Once we verify that you deactivated your software product, we will issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within 7 days. The refund amount is subject to the currency exchange rate and applicable bank fees at the time of the refund. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear after we issue your refund.
