You have already been invited to pay the remainder but currently don't have the funds for it, or it's just not the right moment for you? Or do you already know that your unit's current ETA won't work for you?
Kindly get in touch with our Commercial Support in this case and tell us the approximate date you would wish to proceed to the checkout. We can then retract your invitation temporarily. This allows making as many backers as possible happy with an Osmose in the meantime.
You will be automatically invited again as soon as another batch becomes available.
The procedure above will also happen automatically if we don't hear back from you at all until 30 days after our initial invitation to pay the remainder.
