Products purchased at an authorized Expressive E Reseller/Retailer are excluded from this policy. Any product purchased with an authorized Expressive E Reseller/Retailer should be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased (subject to that retailer’s return policy).
To initiate your return, please create a new ticket under the category 'Commercial & Registration Support' here and include your order number and the serial of the device you wish to return. We will get back to you with further instructions.
Physical products return requirements
- We must be notified within 30 days of receiving your delivery that you would like to do a return. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept your return. Please wait until you receive a return authorization incl. shipping and packing instructions before sending us any items.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs. For worldwide customers, the return address is our office in France. For customers in the U.S.A. and Canada, we have a dedicated return address close to New York City.
- Your returned product must be packed in its original packaging including all the accessories that came with. If anything is missing, we will not be able to accept the return.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product and packaging are in 'good as new' condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.
Physical products refund process
Once the product has been received and inspected to verify it is in 'good as new' condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within seven days. Refund amount is subject to the currency exchange rate and applicable bank fees at the time of the refund. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.
