What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all items sold directly by us. Items have to be in a 'good as new' condition.

When purchasing a Touché or Touché SE, we offer a 30 days money back guarantee. However, please note that we don't offer a freeway return label to our warehouse, when you are not content with the product. You will have to take in charge of the return shipment to France yourself. We will refund your purchase once the product incl. all accessories arrives at our office and passes the functionality check.
