I have a reservation for Osmose and want to cancel it. How do I get my deposit back?

According to our terms & conditions, you are free to cancel your Osmose reservation anytime and get your deposit back.

 

Just open a new support ticket in the category 'Commercial & Registration Support' on this page and give us

 

- your account name (email address)

- your order number or Osmose preorder code.

 

If you have preordered Osmose in the last 6 months, then we will refund you via the payment method that was initially used.

 

If the preorder was more than 6 months ago, which obviously includes any original reservations from 2019, then we cannot use the regular refund mechanisms anymore. It will be easiest if you can confirm your currently active PayPal address to us.

 

If you don't have a PayPal account, we must pay your deposit back via an international bank transfer. For this, we also need:

 

- name of account owner (if not you)

- bank name and bank city

- IBAN (or Bank Account Number & Bank Routing Number)

- SWIFT/BIC code
 

We will refund your deposit within 10 business days. Please be aware that the refund (just like the original payment) will be done exclusively using Euros or U.S. Dollars. If your account works with a different currency, the current exchange rate might lead to getting slightly less (or more) money back than you originally paid. We have no influence on this.
